Conclusion: What we learned!

1. We learned the importance of sportsmanship at all times.
2. We also learned many drills to enhance the overall fitness level of the class.
3. Listening skills were learned during the instruction process.
4. Respect, responsibilty, honesty, and overall character was enhanced during the process of listening and participation.
5. Most importantly, we had FUN!!!!!!
